Our Special Interest Activity Programme continues despite the lockdown, with 2 x 8 week courses of seated Pilates being offered on Mondays and Tuesdays by @panther pilates on Zoom
The Monday group progressed to standing exercises this week. Paul said “It was really good. Standing is better, improving all the time! I feel strong and my posture is getting really good, for example, the mobility scooter, I now sit up properly rather than sit down in the chair. I can’t explain it properly, but it all works. Posture is key.”
